ERA Annual Conference on European Insurance Law 2010

ERA, the Academy of European Law, will organise its annual conference on European insurance law on 8 and 9 February. The conference will mainly focus on the cross-border insurance contract. The law governing the contract, as well as the main issues arising before, during and after its conclusion will be analysed by experts in the field in the light of recent developments in legislation and jurisprudence.
